Studies have shown an excess in visceral fat is linked to Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and even certain cancers.

#1 – Limit Alcohol Intake
Drinking too much alcohol will harm both your health and your waistline.
In fact, several studies have shown drinking too much alcohol encouraged fat to be stored as visceral fat and people who drink the most alcohol in this study also had the largest waist circumference.
Another study in 87 women found that a moderate alcohol intake was also linked to an enlarged visceral fat intake as well.

#4 – Have a Healthier Lifestyle
I don’t have to tell you in order to lose belly fat, you need to have a healthy lifestyle.
